From an extensive and rich software development history comes 4QTRS, LLC. Established in 1989 as Sunpro Fire Service Software, the team developed the highly successful Sunpro FRMS, a mission critical software application that dominated its environment within the public safety marketplace for over 15 years. That application was successfully deployed and supported in cities such as New York, San Diego, Honolulu, Las Vegas and Toronto, Ont. The sale of Sunpro to Aether (AETH) in 2000 peaked from the exemplary growth of the Sunpro products throughout all 50 States and Canada. Sunpro’s success resulted in the prestigious Deloitte and Touche National Fast 500 Award as well as the D&T Fast 50 Award for Washington State.

Following the Sunpro success, the team went on to establish 90 Degrees and build the .NET-based 24SEVEN web-enabled emergency records solution. Its subsequent sale at age two to CompuDyne (CDCY) and further customer sales (including the Department of the Navy NERMS system) was strong testimony to a ground-breaking application of a leading technology to solve local emergency services and management issues. Following years of successfully developing leading edge Fire/EMS information management and decision support solutions for the largest cities in North America, 4QTRS switched gears to develop state-of-the-art collaboration applications using Windows SharePoint Services and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007.
